Adjunct Professor Part Time (Media Department) Needed!

Bus Driver / Special School Events

Primary Responsibilities
    Bus drivers to provide transportation with school–related activities, i.e. field trips, sporting events, etc. throughout the Columbus Metro area.

    Primary Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Digital Print Shop Operator
World Harvest Church is currently seeking candidates to work in our digital print shop, which is responsible for producing printed materials for World Harvest Church and its affiliates (including Harvest Preparatory School, Valor Christian College, and Breakthrough).

This position is responsible for operating two large digital printers, envelope printer, cutter, inserter, binding equipment, and a 60” large format banner printer.  Prefer candidates with two years of experience operating listed equipment, but we are also willing to train someone who is eager to learn, can learn quickly, has a solid work ethic and possesses basic mechanical skills.

Email Developer

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Performs production development of outbound email campaigns per the prescribed documents and directives with a high level of quality.
  • Collecting resources for distribution with the email.
  • Collecting and uploading images intended for email to their home on the WHC web-server as directed by the email copy.

  • Creating necessary Outbound and Tracking IDs and links for use in the specific email, utilizing list extracts provided by Partner Systems department for the specific email.

  • Performing deliverability checking for each email sent on major ISPs.
  • Updating tracking links to go to “View Email in Browser” pages for specific recurring emails (WHC Newsletters, Prayer Directives, etc.).
  • Create reports via internally developed tracking system regarding email receipt for each recipient, as well as click-throughs and conversions from the email campaign. 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year of HTML experience formal or informal.
  • A basic knowledge of modern email-centered HTML is necessary to craft modern emails. 
  • The ability to utilize internally developed applications, systems, and databases in order to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Basic Knowledge of working with MS SQL or training will be provided.

Head Chef/Manager
Are you looking for a culinary challenge?  World Harvest Church has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead and manage all culinary-related activities for its education entities, Harvest Preparatory School, a private Christian day school serving Pre-K to 12th grade students, and Valor Christian College, a biblically-based community of higher learning. 

Successful candidates will be able to effectively lead a team in the planning and execution of two distinct culinary programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of high quality, nutritional cafeteria-style lunch meals for approximately 350 Pre-K to 12th grade students and creative, restaurant-style lunch and dinner meals for approximately 200 college students.
  • Develop and implement creative menu solutions that offer a variety of culinary experiences while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Regularly evaluate prepared food for optimal flavor, appearance, and temperature.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory entities including state and local health departments, the Ohio Department of Education, the National School Lunch Program, etc.
